How fast do I get paid?
Once your phone arrives and has been graded, we record a bank transfer to the account you gave us and email you the moment it is sent. Your bank controls when the funds appear, and bank transfer times are not a guaranteed credit time.
What if my phone is graded lower than quoted?
We assess the phone when it reaches us. If its condition differs from your description we explain any revised offer and the reason for it, then let you decide. You can accept the new price, or decline and we arrange the return.
Is my data safe?
Back up your data, erase the phone, remove the SIM and memory card and switch off any activation lock before you post it. FoneFlip does not ask for your IMEI, the bank details you give us are encrypted, and we never ask you to send full bank details in an ordinary email.
How long is my quote held?
An unconfirmed quote is available for five days from the moment it is created. The exact expiry time appears on your quote page and in your account.
What does postage cost, and what is covered?
Free postage. The carrier, any charge and the cover included are all shown with your quote before you commit to sending anything.
